What is the returns policy?

What are the shipping options?

  • We use ground shipping within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).  Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more details 

    Will I be charged sales tax?

    • If you are in California you will be charged the required sales tax
    • Outside of California, you will not be charged sales tax

      When will I receive my order?

      • You may use our track you order link once it ships to get regular updates of your shipped items
        What do I do if I never received my order?
        • Check the status of your order using your tracking number provided in your order shipping email. If your order is not found please Contact Us and we'll be happy to help.
          What do I do if I received a defective order?
          • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.   If you notice any damage you should make a note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to support@briskybodega.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

            How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

              How do I make sure I order is right for me?
              • Ensure you measure the length, width, and depth of your installation area and ensure the product dimensions are less than the door openings to reach the desired location.  
              • Confirm the size, description, and color of the unit you want
              • Ensure your product is intended for your desired purpose (residential, commercial, medical, general purpose facilities, indoor/outdoor applications, etc.)
              • Ensure your item meets your expectation of either counter-height (freestanding use only) vs. Built-in capable vs. Under Counter
              • Confirm you want the door swing based on left hinge vs. right hinge
              • Ensure any extra features you expect are part of your product, i.e., locks, fans, digital thermostats, etc.
