Processing and Shipping
It may take between 1 to 3 business days of lead time to process and ship your order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. It means that we have authorized your credit card for the purchase and are preparing your order for shipment.
- As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If any of your items are on back-order or unavailable, we will communicate the status through email.
- For Back-Orders, we will indicate the shipping delay within an email. If you have a concern with the delay, you must respond back within 24 hours if you would like to change or cancel your order.
- If your items are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Once your item is shipped from the warehouse, delivery times can vary between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed in order they are received. Normal processing can take between 1-3 business days. Upon verification, clearing fraud check, and approval of payment, your merchandise will be shipped out as soon as possible. Delivery times represent the time it normally takes your package to arrive from the day we actually send it out, not from the day you submit your order. Additionally, processing & shipping times do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
While we show the quantity on-hand for all stock for our products, it is wise to call us for availability if your order is especially urgent. If for some unforeseen reason, an item is no longer available or will be back-ordered for an extended period of time, you will be notified. Most items on this website are generally available to be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, most products will arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination.
Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Brisky Bodega reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verification before accepting any order.
Order Shipment:
- We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours after the order has shipped. Tracking details will be sent to the email address you provided when checking out.
- We ship daily via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and Motor Freight Standard (curbside delivery) to the contiguous United States (which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). USPS is used for small parts and accessories.
- A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.
- Failure to provide a phone number at the time of order may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.
- Most delivery times take around 3 - 7 business days for delivery. If you require faster shipping, please call Customer Service at 1-877-250-3258 for expedited shipping rates.
- Carefully inspect all merchandise before signing the release with the freight carrier.

Free Shipping:
We offer Free Shipping on most of the products in our online catalog. It means that all standard shipping to the Contiguous US is included as part of your purchase. Shipping is included on any item listed as "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included", within the Contiguous United States using standard ground transportation; expedited shipping has additional cost. Depending on your product, we may be able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico with an additional charge, please contact us for details.
Shipping Definitions:
- Curbside Delivery - Delivered to your curb, typically next to the mailbox. You will be responsible for moving it inside and assembling the product.
- Threshold delivery - Delivery to the first enclosed area (garage, covered awning, etc). Again, moving and assembly from that point will be your responsibility.
- White Glove Delivery (Inside Delivery) - White-glove service generally includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your order up or down a maximum of 5 stairs. Additional stairs and tight turns may cost extra. If your order consists more than one item, it will be an extra cost. Please, call us or email customer service for an exact quote. Delivery is by appointment. The freight company will call you to set a date and time window.
Note: There are extra fees for inside delivery (i.e., White Glove Delivery), 'set in place' and debris removal services. The White Glove Delivery cost that appears on the checkout page of Brisky Bodega includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting ONE single item up or down a maximum of 5 stairs. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders:
- From time to time, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse, and the website wasn't updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will send you an email after you place your order notifying you of the back-order, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting an item sooner.
- If you purchase a pre-order / back-order item, payment will be processed within 7 days of your order date to reserve your pre-order quantity or before it is shipped (whichever comes first).
- The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
- If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different product, or cancel the order altogether.
- Once pre/back-orders arrive, it will be shipped out immediately. We will notify you by email of your shipment tracking information within 1-4 business days.
